9-Eat more
According to research, most people today are overeating. “Overeating slows down the development of memory and thinking parts in the brain.” It also causes heart attacks, diabetes and high blood pressure.
Lack of mobility and addiction also leave no stone unturned in aging the brain prematurely. Avoid them all.
